Body Weight (kg): 5 - Age*: 10+ - Number of cans/day: 3/4
Body Weight (kg): 10 - Age*: 10+ - Number of cans/day: 1 1/4
Body Weight (kg): 20 - Age*: 10+ - Number of cans/day: 2
Body Weight (kg): 30 - Age*: 8+ - Number of cans/day: 2 3/4
*From this age your dog can be regarded as 'senior'.

You might need to adjust the amount of food according to the level of activity, breed and age of your dog.
Allow for a transition phase when switching diet.
