FEEDING GUIDELINES
5 kg: 4 - 4 1/2 10 kg: 7 - 8 15 kg: 9 1/2 - 10 1/2 20 kg: 12 - 13 1 pouch can be replaced with approx. 20 g Pedigree® dry food. Feeding instructions: Account for the calories coming from treats. Feeding amounts are intended as guidelines only. Adjust the amount of food according to the age, size and activity level of your dog. For more detailed information, please visit our website. Fresh water should always be available. Serve at room temperature, surplus food can be chilled for up to 2 days.
DIET TRANSITION
To change your dog’s food, we recommend a gradual transition to help avoid stomach upsets. Generally, this takes around 7 days, but it is always a good idea to monitor your dog to check that the transition is going well.

RECYCLING
Our PEDIGREE® Pouch packs are currently made from a combination of materials, including plastic and aluminium. This means they cannot be sorted into a single-material recycling system.
That’s why we’re working to move away from multi-material packaging across our PEDIGREE® Pouch portfolio and towards mono-material packs, which can be more easily sorted and recycled through different recycling methods.
It might sound simple to redesign a pack using just one material, but there’s a lot to consider. Each layer of the packaging has a specific job, from assuring shelf-life to providing tear resistance and enabling printing on the pack.
Our target is to transition all PEDIGREE® Pouch packs sold in EU markets to mono-material packaging by January 2028.

Selection of supplier to produce Mono material pouch
Step 2: Factory trials & validation. August 2026 - March 2027
